Ready for Christmas

Christmas Decorating - 2012

 We had a fun night early in December getting the house ready for Christmas.

 Ben decided to hang all his ornaments on the same branch...

 Philip had fun unwrapping all the ornaments and remembering where they came from.

 We also had a little hot chocolate! 

 The boys did really well getting all the ornaments on the tree this year.

Christmas Parade and Santa

 We went again this year to the Christmas Parade at Huntingdon.

 The band marches, and Santa rides in a firetruck.

 After the parade, Santa heads into the library and talks to the children.

 Ben was not a big fan of Santa...so our pictures did not go so well this year!

Playing Chess

 We went to Callaway Gardens during Thanksgiving break to see the Christmas lights.

 Before the lights, the boys had the best time playing with this giant chess set.

Halloween 2012

 This Halloween, we had a Harry Potter and a cute little spider.

 We had a little dinner with some of our neighbors outside, and then we went trick-or-treating together.

 We took a hayride around the neighborhood so we could trick-or-treat in all the different sections.

 It did not take this little spider long to figure out what to do.

 Starting to get a little tired...

 We had a really fun night with our neighbors!

Carving the Pumpkin - 2012

 Philip helped scoop out the pumpkin.
