Today Philip and I went to visit his school. This is his teacher Mrs. Taluluh. We'll try to get a picture of his other teacher Mrs. Debra next time. Philip seemed to enjoy it today. We'll see what happens next week if I get brave enough to leave him!
Last night Philip was napping on the couch next to Nathan, and he startled and reached up and grabbed Nathan's hand. I know it was just a reflex, but it was probably one of the sweetest things I have ever seen. Glad the camera was on the coffee table within reach!
Whew! It was a long weekend for me, Mommy, and Daddy. I've been so tired that I couldn't find any energy to blog. The pediatrician said blogging can be a very strenuous activity for an infant.
After months of anticipation, I decided to arrive early. Well, it was really against my will. Some evil doctor gave Mommy some medicine that forced me out. Before that, he gave her some stuff called magnesium and it made me hot and tired. Then they poked and prodded me for half-an-hour in the nursery. I wonder if they knew that my Dad is a lawyer. I'll have to talk to him about filing a law suit over the hospital's invasive practices on babies. We could make it a class action.
Anyway, the surprise made my entrance into this world even more grand. All the nurses adored me. My Grandmas and Grandpas got to spend a lot of time with me. They're pretty cool. I'm going to be so spoiled.
I thought some of you might want to get a better feel for who I am and how I look. I think you'll enjoy this. After all, I am one good looking dude. Here's the video (Reminder for Great Aunt Barb - Check your bus schedule and then the clock before viewing):
And I'm sure he's planning on using it more than it's really needed (sigh). He has a digital camera and a lap top, too. A couple of more techno-devices and he could qualify for Japanese citizenship.
Well, I was almost born today. The doctor says I make Mommy's blood boil. Just wait until she sees what I have in store from her once I'm born. I plan making her blood pressure rise higher than Mount Popocatepetl. LOL! Anyway, the doctor sent Mommy and Daddy home empty handed. But the doctor said he'll force me out of here on August 14...and that's if I don't decide to come sooner! I'll just have to play it by placenta.
All this recent news is exciting, and I'm overwhelmed. I guess it would be a good idea to go ahead show you my new place, courtesy of Daddy's new camcorder. It's just about 100% completed. Check it out.
