Ben had his 18 month check-up today. He weighs 21.4 pounds and is 31 and 1/4 inches tall. He is still not a big fan of the doctor's office, and the shot today did not help the situation. When we were leaving, he was very excited and told everyone "BYE BYE!"
Philip and Ben got a Spiderman shaving kit for Christmas.
They have had lots of fun playing with this in the tub.

After we finished up at our house, we got ready and went over to my parents for lunch and more presents.
Philip and Ben opened most of the presents.
Uncle Rob was home from Chicago - a treat for these boys!
Really excited about Mario Kart.
We are so blessed and had a wonderful Christmas this year.
After we finished looking at all the stuff from Santa, we ate some breakfast and then opened our presents.
Wii games were a big hit this year.
Ben was not really excited about ripping into the presents. He tried to put a few of them back together.
He had a big brother to help him though....
He started to figure out there were fun things inside eventually.
And mommy got a fun surprise this year! 
These boys were up early Christmas morning ready to see if Santa had visited our house during the night.

Santa did visit our house and left some great stuff for the boys.
Philip had a scooter, Mario Wii game, Perry slippers, an Auburn calendar, and some other little treats.
Ben had a Cozy Coupe, a talking Elmo, Elmo sippy cups, and a Calliou figure.
Santa ate the treats we left!
Ben was so excited about Elmo!
And Philip was excited about everything!
Ben spent a good part of the morning getting in and out of the car. Over and over and over....

After checking out all the stuff, we looked through the stockings. Ben had a little help with his from big brother.
Philip was really excited about the new scooter. It rained all day on Christmas, so he didn't get to really try it out until after Christmas. We had such a fun morning - Santa was so much fun!
